Recipe’s we Enjoy!

Hamburger Casserole: You will need: 1-2 lbs of ground beef, 2 cans of cream of mushroom, 4 cups cooked egg noodles, 1 can of corn, 1 can of green beans, sliced american cheese,  potatoes, milk, butter, salt and pepper…. 

fry up your meat, drain. mix it with cream of mushroom and put it in the bottom of a baking pan. next drain the veggies and pour them in. cook and drain the noodles and layer them on top of the vegetables. cover that with the slices of cheese, usually about 6 pieces! for the top, cover with home made mashed potatoes. (if you do not know how to make these… email me 🙂 enjoy! an easy and filling casserole for the whole family!

POPPY SEED CHICKEN: The kids LOVE this one. Easy to make. Boil 3 or 4 chicken breasts. Shred them. Depending on the size of you casserole… we use 2 cans cream of chicken, 16 oz of sour cream, 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 3 cups cooked white rice, and 3-4 tbsl of poppy seeds. Mix that all up. Top with a sleeve of crushed club crackers. Drizzle 3-4 tbsp of melted butter on top. Bake 350 until bubbly and crackers brown. We like to eat this with green beans and apple sauce.

SKIN CHICKEN: That is what the kids call this 🙂 Easy and delicious. Sprinkle Cavenders Greek seasoning all over a whole chicken. Bake according to the package, uncovered. Usually 1 1/2 hours at 350. We eat this with mashed potatoes and other vegetables.. Yummy!
