Jamestown Virginia

We had a great day at Jamestown Settlement! We visited a Powhatan village, Jamestown Fort, and the 3 settlement ships; The Godspeed, the Susan B. Constant, and the Discovery. Jamestown Settlement is a very hands on place that all the kids enjoy! We also were able to participate in classes for home-schoolers. Emma, Logan, and Faith enjoyed Living with the Indians, while Alaynea and Joel listened to Cultures in Jamestown! On the way home we took a ferry across the James River! The kids loved it! We got out of the van and went up to the top observation deck! They could not believe we could drive our van onto a boat!
